Terms & Conditions

1. World Series of Poker* and WSOP* are trademarks of Harrah's License Company, LLC ("Harrah's"). Harrah's does not sponsor or endorse and is not associated or affiliate with Cake Gaming N.V. or its products, services, promotions or tournaments.
2. Lead points can only be only earned on players who make their First Deposit within the three month contest period. Your lead must create their new account and make their first deposit 12:00 AM GMT March 1st through 12:00 PM GMT May 31st to qualify for a point.
3. Participants will earn 15 points every time one of your leads earns a Gold Chip between 12:00 AM GMT March 1st through 12:00 PM GMT May 31st.
4. Lead points will only be used from Tier 1 referred players on the ShareCake program.
5. Lead points cannot be earned for Gold Chips that are won in any of the Gold Chip Lover tournaments.
6. In the event of a tie, Cake Poker will determine the grand prize (World Series of Poker* $10,000 main event seat) to the player whose leads have earned the most Gold Chips.
7. A minimum of three depositing players who have each contributed a minimum 60 points (4 Gold Chips) are required in the winning player's final lead value count.
8. All winning accounts will be audited. If it's determined that a player has received points in a manner deemed inappropriate by Cake Management, or if its determined that the player has attempted to defraud Cake Poker, the player will be disqualified from the promotion and the company may close any accounts and forfeit any account balances.
9. All players must be 21 years of age in order to play in the World Series of Poker* events. Should a player win a seat to a land based event and such player does not meet the legal age required to participate in the event, then their seat shall be forfeited without compensation. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID).
10. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Cake Gaming N.V. and its associated companies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
11. Cake Gaming N.V. reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without notice where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the Promoter's control. Cake Gaming N.V. does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
12. Players participating in WSOP* qualifiers agree to the terms and conditions of the Cake Poker.com Player Agreement.
13. By winning our Always Be Caking promotion, you grant Cake Gaming N.V. the right to use your name and likeness for future promotional purposes without further compensation.
14. The winner of the Always Be Caking $10,000 WSOP* main event seat agrees to wear Cake Poker.net apparel for the duration of the event when permitted to do so by the tournament rules. Apparel will be supplied by Cake Gaming N.V. before the commencement of the tournament.
15. Players note that the World Series of Poker* and Harrah's organization will require them to sign an agreement or waiver to participate in the event that may include permission to film and broadcast. Cake owes no compensation to the player should they not wish to adhere to this third party agreement.
16. The WSOP* $10,000 main event seat will be paid in cash value ($10,000 USD) to the player's Cake Poker account once Cake Gaming N.V. is satisfied, through the receipt of a valid piece of photo ID, that the winning player is a minimum 21 years of age.
17. WSOP* 2008 seat will be awarded when the contest officially closes May 31st, 12 PM GMT. Winning player will be notified via email.
18. Runner up with the second highest number of lead value points will receive a set of William Sonoma Shun Classic steak knives. Cake Poker reserves right to provide player with cash value of knives ($425) if they are outside of US or Canada.
19. Cake Gaming N.V. Management decisions are final on all matters related to the Promotion or the awarding of prizes.
