Customers with Microsoft E-mail addresses (Hotmail, msn, etc)
If you've contacted Support from any Microsoft e-mail account, please be advised
that there may be some delay in you getting your reply. We suggest using an alternate
e-mail to contact Support if the matter is urgent.
Customers with Microsoft Vista (all versions)
Please install Vista Service Pack 1 or hotfix from Microsoft. This will solve graphical problems while playing poker for long periods of time.
