Cake Poker is now sponsoring live tournament action in Oregon.
Oregon’s premiere live poker club, West Side Poker Club, just found a tasty new sponsor in Cake Poker.
West Side Poker Club is based out of Beaverton and hosts cash games and tournaments for the Portland area. They run Rake Free Cash Games and Tournament fees are only $5. And if you arrive early to a tournament and sign in by 6:45pm you will start play with an additional 2K in chips.
Cash games run Friday and Saturday night as well as Sunday afternoons. Tournaments run every day of the week except Wednesday and they also have special events running at least twice per month.
In fact, on September 26 they are running the Portland Poker Championships, a $220 buy-in tournament with an expected field of over 100 players. Satellites to the Championships run every weekend leading up to the big event.
