2009 WSOP Day 1C and 1D Part 1
The 2009 WSOP Main Event coverage is getting more enjoyable with each episode. WSOP Main Event Day 1C and 1D, which aired last night, was no exception to this rule.
It had such gems as Phil Hellmuth making his entrance and being his usual arrogant self. He gets beat in a hand and gets his own book’s advice thrown back in his face. We also got to see how bad Hellmuth’s poker face can be when he flops a straight.
We get some interview action with Daniel Negreanu and Erick Lindgren about how Lindgren has sucked this year. Negreanu gets plenty of camera time that includes him folding aces, raising nine times the big blind preflop with 5-3 off-suit and blowing his nose a lot.
There was also plenty of air time for Annie Duke, Erick Lindgren, Peter Eastgate, Phil Ivey, Durrr, Dennis Phillips, Jeff Madsen rapping… oh heck. Why don’t we just include all the videos for you to see yourself?
