The Cake Shop is your Cake Poker Rewards Store. Below, are a few questions that may come up while you're browsing through our e-aisles. Our Customer Support Team is also available round the clock to help with any other Cake Shop related questions .Please contact our Team directly at cakeshop@cakepoker.com.  

Can I gift an item in the Cake Shop?

Yes. Every time you order a product from the Cake Shop, you'll be asked to enter the shipping address. Please note that we do not currently ship to PO Boxes, and a valid phone is required in order for us to securely deliver via courier.

When ordering a gift, please be sure to select the item for the region that you are shipping to. For example, if you live in the US but are shipping to Canada, you will need to shop within the Canada region.

How long does delivery take?

While we strive to delivery products in a timely manner, we ask that you allow 6-8 weeks for your product to arrive. If you have not received your item by the 10 week mark, please contact CakeShop@cakepoker.com as a member of our Team can often provide tracking information or further investigate the delay.

Does my new Cake shirt make me look fat?

No. It looks great. We certainly hope you'll wear your Cake gear for all your poker events!

Can Cake Shop merchandise returned?

No, the only exception is if you received a damaged or broken item and the item is no longer available and has been reported within 48 hours of receipt to a Cake Shop Customer Service Representative. Please keep in mind that each request for a refund is reviewed and granted on a case-by-case basis.

Does my item come with a warranty?

Yes, depending on the manufacturer. The warranty associated with your item will be the manufacturer's warranty and is generally included with the item instructions. Please contact the manufacturer if your item is faulty and beyond the specified storefront exchange policy.

I received my prize but it was broken or defective. What do I do?

If the product you ordered is defective please contact our Team at CakeShop@cakepoker.com within forty-eight (48) hours of having received your package. You will be required to return the broken or defective item in its original shipping and manufacturer packaging. You must return the defective item to the Return Address on the original packaging. Once the item is received by our warehouse, your replacement package will be shipped promptly. If for some reason the identical item is no longer available, we will find a suitable alternative for you. If the item is not returned in its original shipping and manufacturer packaging a replacement is not possible. Note: If you do not return the defective item within two (2) weeks of receipt of package, you will forfeit the replacement of the item.

* Cake Shop reserves the right to substitute items with an equivalent product or greater and/or lessor value, should the exact model ordered not be available. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correctly listed.
