industry, a 'pending bonus' is a set of funds earned out through
frequent play at the cash ring games or tournament tables. At Cake,
pending bonuses are paid out in $5 increments, every time 83.33 frequent player points (FPPs) are earned (that's $.06 earned per FPP).
