- All players must be 21 years of age in order to play in the World Series of Poker* satellite events. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID).
- Employees and immediate family members of employees of Cake Gaming N.V. and its associated companies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
- Cake Gaming N.V. reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without notice where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the Promoter's control. Cake Gaming N.V. does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
- Players participating in WSOP* qualifiers agree to the terms and conditions of the Cake Poker.com Player Agreement.
- Cake Poker agrees to pay winning players the full value of their WSOP* prize package win upon tournament completion. Players winning our Sunday Series 2010 $12,500 Final will be awarded $12,500 to their Cake Poker Player Account. Players winning Step 6 of our Series 2010 $2,500 SNG tournaments will be awarded $2,500 in their Cake Poker Player Account.
- By participating in a Cake WSOP* qualifying tournament, you grant Cake Gaming N.V. the right to use your name and likeness for future promotional purposes without further compensation.
- Players note that the World Series of Poker* and Harrah's organization will require them to sign an agreement or waiver to participate in the event that may include permission to film and broadcast. Cake owes no compensation to the player should they not wish to adhere to this third party agreement.
- Cake Gaming N.V. Management decisions are final.
